رسوم الشحن غير قابلة للإسترداد:

إذا كانت أسباب الإرجاع هي أصناف خاطئة تم شحنها أو شحنة مزدوجة، يجب أن يتحمل التكلفة موقع www.kanstore.me. لكن إذا كان السبب بسبب أن العملاء لم يعجبهم الصنف يجب أن يتحمل العميل تكاليف الشحن .

• سوف يتم النظر فقط في الأصناف غير المفتوحة وغير المستعلمة.
• لا يتم استرداد أو استبدال حمالات الصدر أو الملابس الداخلية وملابس البحر.
• يتم استرداد نفس قيمة المبلغ المدفوع.

شروط  إسترداد المبالغ:

• يتم إسترداد المبلغ فقط خلال 14 يوما من الشراء  .
• للمطالبة بإسترداد المبلغ على عرض خاص/ شراء أصناف متعددة، يجب إعادة جميع الأصناف من العرض في وقت الإسترداد . 

• يُرجى الملاحظة أنّه في بعض الحالات، قد لا تتم الموافقة على طلب ما لعدَّة أسباب. ويحتفظ القائمون على الموقع بالحقّ في رفض أو إلغاء أي طلب لأي سببٍ من الأسباب وفي أي وقت. وقبل أن نوافق على الطلب، قد نطلب منك تقديم معلومات إضافية أو بيانات أخرى للتحقق من شيء ما، بما في ذلك ــ على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر، رقم الهاتف والعنوان.
• حقوق النشر والملكية الفكرية
• إنَّ جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية، سواء كانت مسجلَّة أو غير مسجلَّة، في الموقع، وجميع معلومات المحتوى والتصميمات الواردة على الموقع، تُعتبر ملكاً لنا، بما في ذلك على سبيل المثال وليس الحصر، النصوص والرسوم والبرامج والصور والفيديو والموسيقى والصوت، واختيارها وتنسيقها، فضلاً عن جميع مصنّفات البرمجيات ورموز المصادر والبرامج الرئيسية. وإنّ كلّ محتويات الموقع محميةٌ أيضًا بموجب حقوق النشر مجتمعة في صورة عمل واحد وفقًا لقوانين حقوق النشر في جمهورية مصر العربية والاتفاقيات الدولية. جميع الحقوق محفوظة.
• في حالة دوث اي نزاعات
• في حالة حدوث أي نزاعات أو خلافات أو حالات اختصام تنشأ عن تفسير هذه الشروط والأحكام وتنفيذها، يجب تسويتها والفصل فيها نهائيًا من خلال التحكيم عن طريق محكّم واحد يتم تعيينه وفقًا لقواعد مركز القاهرة الإقليمي للتحكيم التجاري الدولي. ويجب أن يكون المحكّم شخصًا مدربًا قانونيًا ولديه خبرة في مجال تقنية المعلومات ومستقل عن أي طرف من طرفي التعاقد.

Privacy Policy

Freight charges are not recoverable:

If the reasons for the return are faulty items shipped or double shipment, the cost must be borne by the location of the www.kanstore.me. But if it’s because the customers don’t like the item, the customer should pay for the shipment.

Only unopened and unsuspecting items will be considered.

Bras or underwear and sea clothes are not recovered or replaced.

The same amount is recovered.

Recovery requirements:

The amount is recovered only within 14 days of purchase.

To claim recovery on a special offer/purchase of multiple items, all items must be returned from the offer at the time of recovery.

Please note that in some cases a request may not be granted for several reasons. The website reserves the right to deny or cancel any application for any reason and at any time. Before agreeing to the request, we may ask you to provide additional information or other data to verify something, including, but not limited to, the telephone number and address.

Copyright and intellectual property

All intellectual property rights, whether registered or not, on the site, and all content and design information on the site, are our property, including but not limited to text, graphics, software, images, video, music and audio, selection and coordination, as well as all software compilations, source codes and major programs. All the contents of the site are also protected by combined copyright in a single work in accordance with the copyright laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt and international conventions. All rights are reserved.

In the case of Doubt, any disputes

In the event of any disputes, disputes or abbreviations arising out of the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions, they must be settled and finally adjudicated through arbitration by a single arbitrator appointed in accordance with the Rules of the Cairo Regional Centre for International Commercial Arbitration. The arbitrator must be a legally trained person with expertise in information technology and independent of either party to the disability.
